(Tink Tink)

Hi! I'm bartender Justin Bonard. You might recognize my from such films as "That Guy Wears Overalls" or the East Side favorite "Are You Two Brothers?" Chances are we've spoken before, but now I'm here to tell you what's beneath the overalls. And its better than you think! It's actually good for you! Beer, whisky, cocktails, and local cuisine (is what we're made of}. So I'm going to show up here a few times a week to talk about whats going on, what we're excited about, what's coming up. Like right now, in case you didn't know, we have Dogfish 120 Minute on tap, and in its Texas debut, Bell's Hopslam! The Hopslam is a highly anticipated and sought after double IPA brewed with honey. They only release it once a year so enjoy it while you can. And as part of our ongoing beer-pairing series, we're excited to have Bet the House BBQ on February 25th. In this series we host local restaurants with beers paired by our house cicerone (ahem). You get a beer when you show up and another one after the 5 course pairing (think smoked brisket kolaches). We'll have tickets available soon through our FB and Eventbrite so keep an eye out. So until then, Tink Tink!
